• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless What Sender, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For non-payment of fees
• If required by law or WhatsApp policy changes
• At our discretion with 30 days notice

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data may be deleted after 30 days.
