The team behind WhatSender.
WhatSender is a WhatsApp messaging platform built for Indian small and mid-sized businesses — e-commerce store owners, marketing agencies, sales teams, and service businesses who need to reach a contact list quickly without waiting on Business API approval. The product handles bulk and single sends, media, scheduling, contact lists, templates with variables, and delivery analytics, with an Android app for sending on the move.
Our infrastructure runs on Indian servers in Mumbai, which keeps latency low for domestic sends and keeps customer data in-country.
Alongside the product we publish a library of guides on WhatsApp marketing in India, anchored by our complete guide to WhatsApp marketing. Those guides are written and maintained by the WhatSender team — the same people who build and support the product and who deal with WhatsApp's pricing, limits, and policy changes as an operational reality rather than a research topic.
Editorial policy
Written for Indian operators
Every guide assumes an Indian context: rupee pricing, DPDP Act obligations, DLT and TRAI rules where they apply, and the tooling Indian SMBs actually run. Generic global advice gets cut.
Dated and revised, not left to rot
WhatsApp changes its pricing and policy several times a year. Posts carry a published date, and material revisions update the modified date rather than being quietly edited in place.
Sourced numbers, flagged estimates
Per-message rates, limits, and policy dates come from Meta’s published documentation. Where a figure is our own estimate or a range we have observed, it is labelled as such instead of being dressed up as research.
No feature fiction
We only describe what the product does today: bulk, single, and flow sends, media up to WhatsApp’s limits, scheduling, contact lists, templates with variables, and delivery analytics. Roadmap items are not written as if they shipped.
Corrections and contact
Found a rate, limit, or policy detail that is out of date or wrong? Tell us and we will correct the post and update its revision date. Support and editorial corrections both go to the same inbox, and we reply within a working day.
